Using the School Administrator (1 School) Dashboard

School Administrators only assigned to one school can use this page to learn more about the home page for their role. School Administrators can use this page to search for and create a class.

School Administrators will see the following upon logging into the system:

Title Description
Login URL

School Administrators can click View Login URL to view and copy the login URL for MyPath.

School Administrators can provide this link to educators and students for login assistance. This can be helpful to those who are not using single sign-on.

User's Name and Profile The School Administrator's name appears in the top right corner along with the name of the school. 

School Administrators can click the arrow next to their name to open their profile page, or log out of MyPath.
Filters

Classes can be filtered by:

  • Subject - Math, Reading, Purpose
  • Teacher - teacher or no teacher
  • Active or Inactive class status

The Active filter is enabled by default.

Click Reset Filters to remove filters.

Bulk Actions

The Bulk Actions button can be used to activate or deactivate more than one class. 

Select at least one school to activate the Bulk Actions button.

Click Clear Selections to deselect all the classes on the page at one time.

 Note

A class must be Active to appear in reports.
Create Class

School Administrators can click this button to create a new class. Class Name, Teachers and subject are required to create a new class.

Class

The list of class names displays here. The classes are listed in order by class title.

Click the arrow to sort by class title.

Teacher

The teacher columns displays the current teacher for the class. Click the arrow to sort by teacher name.

Subject

The class subject is displayed here. Click the arrow to sort classes by subject.

Status

Class status of Active or Inactive is displayed here. Click the arrow to sort by status.

Edit 

School Administrators can click the edit icon to activate or deactivate a class.

Left Sidebar (LSB)

The left side bar (LSB) buttons provide quick access to the pages of features and data needed. The LSB is “static,” which means the buttons do not change. The LSB will be present on each page, and the buttons listed are applicable for School Administrators.

Accessing the Help Center within MyPath authenticates users for all pages in the Help Center.
