Unlocking a student's account in the Imagine Math suite

 Note

This article applies to students in Imagine Math PreK–2, Imagine Math 3+, and Imagine Math Facts.

When a student completes too many incorrect login attempts within a short amount of time, their account becomes temporarily locked and that student is unable to access the program for 5 minutes. However, if the student notifies an educator that they are locked out, Teachers and Administrators can perform the following steps to immediately unlock the account so that the student doesn't need to wait.

To unlock a student's account:

  1. Log in to the Imagine Math suite.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Management > Students.

  3. Click the pencil icon by the applicable student.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the edit page and click Unlock Account.

     Note

    The button only appears when a student's account is locked.
