The steps in this article apply only if you have selected the Automated rostering option.
Automated Rostering lets you partner with the Imagine Learning Experience Operations team to set up a connection that automatically syncs or shares roster data with Imagine Learning using one of these solutions:
- OneRoster®: Your district exports roster data from their SIS using the OneRoster® standard and then sends it to Imagine Learning via SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connection or the OneRoster 1.1 API. The OneRoster® solution allows you to sync roster data for Literacy, Math, and Assessment Suite products.
- ClassLink: Your district uses the ClassLink integration service and syncs roster data with Imagine Learning through the RosterServer system of the ClassLink platform. The ClassLink solution allows you to share roster data for Literacy, Math, and Assessment Suite products.
- Clever: Your district uses the Clever integration service and configures Clever to share roster data with Imagine Learning. The Clever solution allows you to share roster data for Literacy, Math, and Assessment Suite products.
Imagine Learning recommends that you use Automated Rostering if you are using a SIS provider or have chosen NWEA as your assessment provider.
