District Administrators, School Administrators, and Educators use the Clever application at the beginning of each year, and periodically throughout the year, to share student roster information and updates with Imagine Learning. When Imagine Learning receives your rostering data, it is transferred into the Imagine Learning products that are associated with your district, school, and account. The Clever application defines the data sharing permissions and controls the data sharing process.
Before you share your rosters with Imagine Learning, you'll need to set up your SIS and the Clever application. To set up Clever to share roster data, follow these instructions on the Clever Support site:
