The Imagine Learning (IL) Help Center offers public articles (viewable by anyone) and locked articles (accessible only to educators with appropriate product licensing). Locked articles help protect proprietary information, such as educator reports and instructional materials, and ensure each customer only sees content for their licensed programs.
For full access to all articles and resources for your licensed IL products, you must authenticate using the Resource Center—confirming your product access by opening the Help Center from inside your product. Authentication unlocks all the articles you're licensed to view—no extra passwords or logins needed.
Following the steps below ensures you never miss important information related to your IL programs.
These products currently contain locked articles:
- Imagine MyPath Math & Reading
- Imagine Purpose
- Imagine+ Assessment
- Imagine+ Math Beta
Notes
- You may not realize content is missing; locked articles are hidden from navigation and search results, including the AI bot's Quick Answer, if you are not authenticated.
- If you are not authenticated, there is no warning—locked articles will simply not appear.
- Be sure to authenticate every time you visit the Help Center or want to view Help Center content—bookmarks and direct links to locked content will only work if you have authenticated first.
- It doesn't matter how you sign in to Imagine Learning—whether through the IL login page or your district's single sign-on (SSO). You will always need to follow the authentication steps through the Resource Center for access to locked content.
Tip
Watch the Imagine Learning Help Center video for more information on how to navigate the Help Center and share articles with others.
To authenticate yourself through the Resource Center:
- Log in to the Imagine Learning Product Portal.
- Select the desired product on your Product Portal dashboard.
Note
You will only see product tiles for the programs you are assigned.
- Locate and click the Resource Center icon (
) in the lower left corner of your screen. This screenshot is of a teacher's dashboard in Imagine MyPath. Your dashboard may look different, depending on your role, but the Resource Center icon always appears in the lower left corner.
-
After selecting Help Center from the Resource Center menu, you'll be redirected and automatically given full access to the articles for your licensed product(s).
Tip
Repeat these steps to authenticate every time you return to the Help Center or open a new browser window for full access.
Success
After completing these steps, your name will appear in the upper right corner. This means you are authenticated and have access to all support articles for your licensed IL products. For example, if your organization licenses Imagine+ Assessment as well as Imagine MyPath, all locked articles for these products will be visible to you—no need to re-authenticate within each product's Resource Center.
Frequently Asked Questions
Make sure you have followed all authentication steps above. If you still do not see the expected articles, check with your administrator to ensure your organization’s licensing is up to date and you have been assigned to all of the needed IL programs.
Yes, but you must be authenticated for the link or bookmark to work with locked articles—bookmarking alone is not sufficient.
If you are prompted to sign in to Okta after clicking a direct link or bookmark, this means you are not authenticated yet. Always authenticate through the steps above first, then open the article link or bookmark.
