Imagine+ Assessment Overview

Imagine+ Assessment includes four assessment products: Imagine+ Diagnostic, Imagine+ Formatives, Imagine+ Screener, and Imagine+ Benchmarks. Each product supports a different need, including early literacy screening, instructional placement, and standards-based checks of student learning.

Educators and students select the Imagine+ Assessment tile on the product-selection screen. Educators can access assessment tools and reports, while students can open assigned assessments from My Assessments.

Imagine+ Assessment is available in separate ELA and Math offerings. Both offerings include Imagine+ Diagnostic and Imagine+ Formatives. The Math offering also includes Imagine+ Benchmarks. Imagine+ Screener is a separate early literacy product that organizations can bundle with their Imagine+ Assessment offering.

Ways to use Imagine+ Assessment

  • Schedule assessments: Administrators use the Flexible Scheduler to create testing windows and assign available assessments to students.
  • Support placement: Imagine+ Diagnostic results can support student placement in Imagine MyPath Math, Imagine MyPath Reading, and Imagine Language & Literacy.
  • Use with your current assessments: Use Imagine+ Assessment on its own or alongside other assessments in your district.

Reports and data

Imagine+ Assessment reports show results for each assessment type. Available data depend on the assessment students complete.

  • Diagnostic: Review student proficiency, assessed grade levels, and growth data.
  • Formatives: Review standards proficiency and item-level results.
  • Screener: Review early literacy skills and reading-risk information.
  • Benchmarks: Review results in the Benchmark Performance Report and the Test Standards & Item Analysis report.
