Deleting assessment schedules in Imagine+ Assessment

The Flexible Scheduler allows Administrators to delete Upcoming assessment schedules that are no longer needed. This article explains how to delete schedules for Imagine+ Diagnostic® and Imagine+ Screener® assessments.

 Permissions

  • District administrators can delete any Upcoming assessment schedule district-wide.
  • School administrators can delete Upcoming schedules created by themselves or other SAs at their school(s). They cannot delete DA-created schedules.
  • Teachers have view-only access for assigned classes and cannot delete schedules.

How to delete an assessment schedule

  1. From your Imagine+ Assessment dashboard, click Scheduling in the left navigation panel.

  2. Click the next to the Upcoming assessment you wish to delete and click Delete schedule.

  3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete Schedule or Cancel to return to the Scheduling page.

 Caution

  • In Progress and Closed assessments cannot be deleted by anyone.
  • Deleting a schedule is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure deletion is necessary before proceeding.
  • If you need to make changes rather than removing an assessment entirely, consider editing the schedule instead.

What happens after deletion?

  • Educators: The assessment will no longer appear on the Scheduling page.
  • Students: The assessment will no longer appear on their dashboard.
