Viewing the Program Level Gains report in Imagine Language & Literacy

The Program Level Gains report shows student growth in Imagine Language & Literacy for all active students by comparing students' current placement in the curriculum with their initial starting point in the Imagine Language & Literacy curriculum this academic year. The Program Level Gains report indicates if a student is working above, on, or below grade level based on their initial and current placement this year. The Program Level Gains report also shows the average number of Literacy, Grammar, and Oral Vocabulary lessons passed per active student. 

District Administrators can view the Program Level Gains report for any school, grade, or group in their district. School Administrators can view the report for any grade or group in their school.

The Program Level Gains report updates within an hour every time a student finishes a scored activity in Imagine Language & Literacy. 

 Note

The Program Level Gains Report only includes data for students who have completed at least 1 scored activity at any grade level since the beginning of the school year. Activities in the Benchmark and Placement assessments are not part of the Program Level Gains report.

To view the Program Level Gains report:

  1. Log in to Imagine Language & Literacy
  2. Select an organization from the Home page.
  3. Click Progress from the Dashboard drop-down list.

  4. Click the Grade drop-down list to filter the Program Level Gains report by grade level. Hover over each section of the bar graph to see the total number of students and the percentage of students working above, at, or below grade level. Click Hide ( eyeIcon.png ) to close the bar graph.  programLevelGainsLL.png
  5. If you are a District Administrator, click the Organization or Grade by which you want to filter the report. Hover over each section of the progress chart to see the total number of students and the percentage of students working above, at, or below grade level.

  6. If you are a School Administrator, click the Grade or Group by which you want to filter the report. Hover over each section of the progress chart to see the total number of students and the percentage of students working above, at, or below grade level. Click Show only groups with data to remove groups with no data from the report. Click the Group Name to drill down to the group's Progress by Lesson report. espGroup.png
