Sometimes students forget their login information (username, password, and/or site code) and cannot log in to the Imagine Math suite. The easiest way to find a student's username and site code is to print their start card. On this card, you can also manually print the student's password if you want. You will be unable to look up a student's current password but you can change it and write down the new one.
The card also contains the student's login credentials in a scannable QR code.
Teachers and Administrators can also follow the directions below to change students' usernames and passwords.
Student login information is determined by your school and managed by Teachers and Administrators. While students can't change their login information, Teachers and Administrators can change a student's username and password if they need to.
To change student login information:
- Log in to the Imagine Math Suite.
- In the Management section of the left navigation pane, click Students.
- The usernames display; for security reasons, the passwords do not.
- If you wish to change a student's username and/or password, click the pencil icon (
) at the far right of that student's row.

Note
Changing a student's username and/or password in the Imagine Math suite does NOT change the student's QR code.
Student login information is determined by your school and managed by Teachers and Administrators. Please ask your child's teacher for this information. The school can send home a start card that contains a QR code you may use if your device supports it and you prefer not to enter login credentials.
