Sometimes students forget their login information and thus cannot log in. The easiest way to find a student's login information is to print their login card. The card contains your student's login credentials in a QR code, which can be scanned and used to log in on a supported device instead of typing in the login information.
If your student is not using the QR code to log in, they will need their username, password, and Site Code. For security reasons, the login cards do not print with the student's password, but you can write the password on the card, if desired.
Note
To change/reset a student's username and password, refer to Viewing, editing, and deleting student accounts. Students cannot change their own passwords, but teachers and administrators can.
