Changing pathway statuses in bulk in Imagine MyPath and Imagine+ Math

District and School Administrators can use Bulk Actions on the Student Placement page to activate or deactivate learning paths for many students at once. This action is available for Math and Reading placements.

To change pathway statuses in bulk:

1. Log in to the Product Portal and select the correct product tile.
2. In the left navigation panel, click Users, then click the Student Placement tile.
   
3. Use Filters to narrow the list by grade level, placement, subject, or source, if needed. In Imagine+ Math, you can also filter by Path Type.
   

4. Select the student placements you want to update. Use the top-left checkbox to select all students on the page, select individual checkboxes, or click Select All after choosing your first student.
   

    Caution

   You can update up to 500 placements at one time. If you select more than 500, an alert appears and you must reduce your selection.
   

5. Click Bulk Actions, then choose Change Pathway Status.
   
6. In the Select Status menu, choose the new status for one or both subjects, as needed.
   
7. Click Next.
   
8. Review the summary, then click Update to apply the change.
    
9. A confirmation message appears when the update is complete.

What happens after changing pathway statuses in bulk

• Deactivated learning paths become inactive. Students cannot continue on those paths, and the paths do not appear in educator reports.
• Activated learning paths become active again, and students resume where they left off.
