This article explains how Administrators and Teachers can view assessment schedules within Imagine+ Assessment.
Viewing Scheduled Assessments
- From your Imagine+ Assessment dashboard, click Scheduling in the left navigation panel.
- Assessments are grouped by assessment type (e.g., Diagnostic and/or Screener) based on your organization's licenses.
- The following information is displayed for each assessment:

Note The totals reflect assigned students within your access level:

Filtering and sorting
Use the drop-down menus at the top of the Scheduling page to filter by:
- Assessment Type: Diagnostic or Screener

Subject: Math or ELA, if applicable
Note
Filter options depend on your organization's product licenses. Teachers cannot filter schedules.
Click the arrows () in column headers to sort schedules in ascending or descending order by assessment name, who scheduled it, status, or days remaining.
Viewing detailed assessment information
To view complete details about a specific assessment, click the ⋮ next to any assessment and select View Summary.
The View Summary page provides additional information about the selected assessment, some of which is not shown on the Scheduling page. The provided information includes:
A. Assessment Type and Subject
B. Test Window start and end date
C. Selected Students—click an arrow () to view the next level down.
D. Any Notes associated with the schedule—click the pencil () to edit.
Click Exit to return to the Scheduling page or Save if you edited the Notes.
