Educators can use the Class Summary Report to monitor student usage and performance as students progress through their learning paths. The Class Summary highlights students who need teacher intervention and provides quick access to reteaching resources. The Student Snapshot displays student data for each class and subject. Lessons to Reteach identifies lessons that the class is struggling with, and groups students who may benefit from teacher reteaching.

Notes

Educator use of the Class Summary Report:

Determine students who met their usage goal.
View the number of lessons each student completed and did not pass.
View the last date a student was active in their learning path.
Quickly access a student's activity in their Learning Path.
View lessons you want to reteach to the students who did not pass.
Access the lessons in which students are struggling.
Quickly access lesson resources for any lesson on the report.

To access the Class Summary page:

Select a class card.

Click Classes.
Select a class name.

Click Schools.
Select a school name.
Select a class name.

Student Snapshot

Column/Field	Description
	The total number of students in the class.
	Filters subjects assigned to the class.
	Filters time frames to display student activity.
Print	Prints or downloads ( ) to save the report.
Export	Exports ( ) report to PDF or CSV file, respecting filters, searched items, and sorted orders.
	The Student Name column lists all students in the class. Click a Student's Name to view all activities in their Learning Path.
	Active Time is the total time the student spent on the lessons completed.
	The total number of Lessons Completed within the selected timeframe.
	The total number of Lessons Not Passed within the selected timeframe. Two or more ( ) lessons not passed. One lesson ( ) not passed.
	Resources ( ) provides teachers with lesson materials for all lessons not passed by the student in the current timeframe. Resources include: Lesson Title Lesson Overview Additional Reteaching tools
Path Progress	Displays students completing and near completing learning paths, and enables educators to see the Path Progress percent. Students with a learning path but have yet to complete or start a lesson display 0%.
	The Last Active column displays the last date the student was in the lesson.
Learning Path Not Assigned	A learning path has not been assigned to the student ( ). Complete the following to generate a Learning Path for a student: Manually assign Learning paths Reassign the MyPath Assessment View the Student Placement page for more information on how students receive their Learning Path.
Learning Path Complete	No lessons are left in the learning path ( ) – Teachers should place students in a higher grade placement, reassign content the student failed on their path, or use the student progress report to identify skills or domains in which the student has not shown proficiency and use assignment builder to find and assign those topic lessons or use offline worksheets for one on one or small group teaching.

Column/Field	Description
	The total number of students in the class.
	Filters subjects assigned to the class.
	Filters time frames to display student activity.
Print	Prints or downloads ( ) to save the report.
Export	Exports ( ) report to PDF or CSV file, respecting filters, searched items, and sorted orders.
	The Lesson Name column provides access to all completed lessons within the selected timeframe.
	The Lesson Grade is the grade level of all failed lessons in the selected timeframe.
	Displays the number of students who did not pass the associated lesson. Click the number to view the student's name and score.
	Resources ( ) provides teachers with lesson materials for all lessons not passed by the student in the current timeframe. Resources include: Lesson Title Lesson Overview Additional Reteaching tools
