Review your students and groups/classrooms to ensure that they have been rostered correctly. Make any corrections to your rosters manually, or through assisted or automated rostering, depending on how your school has decided to roster.
If you are are an Educator, print start cards for your students so it's easy for them to log in.
If you are an Educator, send the family letter to students' homes for the Imagine Learning products that you're using.
Check the Usage report to verify that your students are using Imagine Learning products.
Administer any desired assessments for Test Period 1. (For example, if you are using Imagine Math, administer Benchmark 1. If you are using Imagine Language & Literacy, administer Benchmark 1 or the Reading Level Assessment.)
Review assessment results to see how your students performed on key skills and skill areas.
Throughout the school year
If you are an Educator, integrate Imagine Learning curriculum into your classroom (reference instructional models types here).
I you are an Educator, incorporate offline resources into your instruction and classroom.
Administer any desired assessments for Test Period 2.
Compare assessment results for Test Period 1 to results for Testing Period 2.
Review Progress and Usage reports to gauge how your students are progressing compared to how much time they are spending in Imagine Learning products.
If you are using Imagine Language & Literacy, use the Action Areas tool to identify students who may need extra support. Use offline materials or the Activity Explorer for targeted instruction and remediation.
Print achievement certificates as students complete work.
If you are an Administrator, review the Middle-of-Year Partnership Report for your school or district.
At the end of the school year
Administer any desired assessments for Test Period 3.
Compare assessment results for Test Period 1, 2, and 3.
Review Progress and Usage reports to gauge how your students are progressing compared to how much time they are spending in Imagine Learning products.
If you are an Administrator, review the End-of-Year Partnership Report for your school or district.
Print Certificates of Completion for students who have completed Imagine Learning curriculum.
