Resetting your educator username or password in the Literacy, Math, and MyPath suites

Educators log in to the Literacy/MyPath and Math portals using their Imagine Learning account email address and password. If you are an Administrator or Teacher, you can reset your own password or recover your Imagine Learning account email address.

In the Literacy/MyPath suite, Administrators can also look up the username for any educator under their purview. They can't reset their passwords, but they can instead send the user a password reset email.

In the Math suite, Administrators can look up the username and change the password for any educator under their purview. 

To reset your own password:

  1. Go to the Educators tab of the Literacy and MyPath suite portal or Math suite portal.
  2. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
    Literacy and MyPath suite:

     Note

    After the 12th failed login attempt, you are locked out for 30 seconds. Each additional failed attempt adds another 30 seconds to the lockout period. While the lockout is in effect, you can still click the Forgot password link and reset your password. You can then log in with the new password once the lockout period ends.

    Math suite:

  3. Enter the email address for your Imagine Learning account. Imagine Learning will email you instructions on how to reset your password.

     Note

    Passwords must be between 8 and 64 characters long. For Literacy and MyPath suite products, if you attempt to enter a password that has been used in more than 10,000 data breaches, you must select a more secure password.

To recover your Imagine Learning account email address:

  1. Usually the email address used to set up your account is your school email address. If you still can't find your email address, contact your school or district system administrator or Imagine Learning Product Support.
