Printing a group roster

  • Imagine Language & Literacy (IL&L)
  • Imagine Español (IE)
  • Imagine Lectura

If you are a School Administrator, you can print rosters for all the groups in your organization. If you are a Teacher, you can print rosters for any groups to which you are assigned. A group roster lists all the students in a group, including their first and last name, student ID, username, grade level, and language.

The group roster includes students using any of the Imagine Learning products available at login.imaginelearning.com, even if they are not assigned the product from which you run the report. For example, if you run this report from Imagine Language & Literacy and some students in the group use only Imagine Español, they will still be included in the roster.

School Administrators Teachers

To print a roster for all groups in your organization:

  1. Log in to the Literacy Suite.
  2. IL&L users: Select an organization at the bottom of your Home page.
    IE and Imagine Lectura users: Skip to step 3.
  3. In the top right corner of the dashboard, click Print Roster.

     Note

    The screen shot above is from Imagine Language & Literacy. Other products have the Print Roster button in a similar location at the top of the page.

  4. After your roster has been generated, click Save PDF to save the file to your downloads or Open PDF to view it.

  5. If you clicked Open PDF, the roster opens in a new tab, with each group on a separate page. In the top right corner, click the download or print icon as desired.
