What to do when you get a rostering error message

The steps in this article apply if you have selected to self-roster accounts individually or you are making manual changes with automated rostering.

This article applies to the following products:

  • Imagine Language & Literacy, Imagine Español, Imagine Reading, and Imagine Lectura
  • Imagine Galileo K–12
  • Imagine MyPath, Imagine Science Corner, Imagine Purpose

Sometimes a feature or button on the page is not working as expected. When this happens, use the table below as a guide to solve the problem. The table explains what the error messages mean and what to do next when you see an error message.

Page Not Found

  • If you typed the URL into your web browser, check it for accuracy.
  • Try to reload the page.
  • Click Go Home to go back to the Educators tab (if you are an Administrator) or the Students tab (if you are a Teacher). 
  • If the error persists, contact Product Support.
Generic Error Message: You've tried to do something and it won't work

  • Click the Show Error Details link to open up more information about the problem.
  • If possible, attempt the action again based on the information you are given.
  • If you are unable to resolve the issue, copy the information in the Error Details window and submit it to Product Support

Loading Error: Page or filters won't load

  • Click the Show Error Details button to open up more information about the problem.
  • Copy the information in the window that opens and submit it to Product Support.
  • Click Reload Page to go back to the page you were on when the error occurred.
