The IE Benchmark Growth report provides the following data points for each student:
- Their Spanish Language Arts proficiency level for their rostered grade
- Their overall percentage correct on the test.
The report updates within an hour after students complete an assessment. The time and date stamp provides the exact moment of the data refresh:
Information in the report is available at the student, group (class), grade, school, and district levels. Teachers and Administrators can view the organizations or classes and students under their purview.
Tips
Throughout this report:
- BoY = Beginning of Year, MoY = Middle of Year, and EoY = End of Year
- The color-coding in the report is as follows:
Color Meaning Red Minimally Proficient (0–24%) Orange Partially Proficient (25–49%) Mint green Proficient (50–74%) Dark green Advanced (75–100%) - Hover over a portion of a bar graph that shows a percentage and you'll also see the student count.
- A gray pipeline running through a graph separates those students working on or above grade level from those students working below grade level.
- Use the up and down arrows in the column headers to sort results ascending or descending.

Note
The image above is of a school-level report. Your view will look slightly different if you open it at the district or group level, and significantly different once you drill down to the student level. The IE Benchmark report for individual students contains only 1 section.
- Use the District, School, Group, and/or Student drop-down menus in the top left to select which data appears in your report, then click Apply Changes. (You will only have the menus applicable to your role.)
In the Test Windows drop-down menu, use the checkboxes to select/deselect the desired assessment(s), then click Apply Changes.
Note
Growth calculations can only appear in the report when more than 1 assessment is selected.

Group-level and student-level reports only: In the top right corner of the report, click the download icon to download a CSV copy of the report. The CSV file contains all testing data in the current school year, with columns for each student's score and performance.
Tip
Additional download option: When you're analyzing data for a single assessment, the school-level and group-level reports contain a Download Student Lists button. This allows you to download a CSV file with each student's test status (Completed, In Progress, etc.). You can then sort by the Status column to easily view which students still need to finish their test.
- To print the report as a PDF, click the printer icon in the top right.
At the class/group level of the report, you'll have the option to print one report for the group or to bulk-print student reports for every student in that group.
- In the bottom section of the report, if you haven't already selected a student in the Student drop-down menu, you can drill down all the way to an individual student. To do so, click the school and/or group hyperlinks and then click on a student's name once you see the list of students.
