One-time Assisted Rostering lets you download the roster templates that you want to use, populate the roster template with your data, and then upload your roster files to Imagine Learning. The Imagine Learning Experience Operations team then imports your roster data and ensures that your staff and students are rostered successfully. 

For Imagine Learning Literacy/MyPath suite and Imagine Learning Math suite products, two types of Assisted Rostering are available, Simplified Assisted Rostering and Traditional Assisted Rostering. Use the table below to decide which is best for your school or district, then click the link to the applicable article in the last row to get started.

  • Class names must be unique in your organization
  • Students can be assigned to multiple products within the same set of files
  • One set of files must be uploaded for each SCHOOL
  • Class names can be repeated
  • One set of files must be uploaded for each PRODUCT in the Literacy suite
  • Data for multiple schools can be included in the same set of files

 Caution

Sending your Simplified Literacy/MyPath roster files to Imagine Learning is accomplished using Box. Make sure that your firewall is configured so that you can access Box. For more information about allowed URLs, see System Requirements.
