Sometimes students forget their login information (username, password, or Site Code) and cannot log in to the Literacy Suite. The most common place to find a student's login information is on their Login Card—a paper card with your student's login information and QR code that teachers can print and distribute to their students. If your student does not have their Login Card, or if they have lost it, you can recover your student's login information.

Student login information is determined by your school and managed by Educators and Administrators. While students can't change their login information, Educators and Administrators can change a student's username and password if they need to (for more information, see Editing student account information).
To recover student login information
- Log in to the Literacy Suite, then click Manage Students.
- Find the student whose login information you need to recover.
- Click Edit Student (), then find the student's Username and Password.
- If you want to, you can also click the checkbox next to the student's name, and click Print Login Cards.
