Using the School Administrator (1 school) dashboard in Imagine+ Assessment

School Administrators assigned to one school in Imagine+ Assessment® have access to tools for scheduling assessments, monitoring progress, and managing student data within their school. The dashboard is organized to help you quickly find and manage information at the school, class, and student levels. This article explains the dashboard's layout and how to navigate each section.

Dashboard overview

Your dashboard includes two primary sections:

A. Left Navigation Panel: Use this persistent menu to access different pages or tools.

B. Main Workspace: Dynamic area for viewing and interacting with data.

Left Navigation Panel

The left navigation panel is always visible and provides quick access to all major pages and features. Click an icon to open that page or tool.

Product Selection Menu

Hover over the Imagine+ Assessment logo (top-left) to switch between Imagine Learning® products or return to the Product Portal for rostering tools.
Home

The default page when you log in to Imagine+ Assessment. It contains announcements, links to resources, and other important information.
Classes

View all classes at your school and the teacher(s) assigned to them. Click a class name to see enrolled students and assessment data.
Users

View and search for all students and educators in your school. Click a name to see profile details. The Students tab is displayed by default.

 Note

Rostering changes must be made in the Product Portal.

Scheduling

Create, edit, or delete assessment schedules. Filter scheduled assessments by Type (Diagnostic or Screener) or Status (Upcoming, In Progress, Closed). Click the three dots (kebab menu) to take action on an assessment.
Formatives

Build and assign standards-based formative assessments. Track completion and mastery.
Reports

Access Diagnostic, Formative, and Screener reports for your school.
Academic Sessions

View details about your district's site in Imagine+ Assessment:

  • Site Code
  • External Institution ID (for integrations)
  • Category
  • State
  • Time Zone
Resource Center

Find announcements, links to the Help Center and Customer Learning Library, and contact information for Product Support.

 Tip

Access the Help Center through the Resource Center to view all available articles for licensed products.

 Note

The options you see on the dashboard and within pages depend on your organization's product licensing.

Top dashboard features

The following features are always visible in the top right corner regardless of which page or level you're viewing:

  • Site code: Click View Site Code at the top right of the screen to view and copy your school's site code for Imagine+ Assessment. You can provide this code to students to help them log in.
