District Administrators in Imagine+ Assessment® have access to tools for scheduling assessments, monitoring progress, and managing student data across all schools in the district. The dashboard is organized to help you quickly find and manage information at the district, school, class, and student levels. This article explains the dashboard's layout and how to navigate each section.
Dashboard overview
Your dashboard includes two primary sections:
A. Left Navigation Panel: A persistent vertical menu for accessing different pages or tools.
B. Main Workspace: A dynamic area for viewing and interacting with content or data, including a ribbon of tabs that changes based on your current context.
Below, you can learn more about each area of the dashboard and how to access information at different organizational levels.
Left navigation panel
The left navigation panel is always visible and provides quick access to all major pages and features. Click an icon to open that page or tool.

The default page when you log in to Imagine+ Assessment. It contains announcements, links to promotional or educational videos, and other resources. |
| District |
View and manage all schools in your district. You can also drill down to access school, class, or student data. |
| Users |
View and search for all students and educators in your district. Click a name to see profile details. The Students page is displayed by default. Note Rostering changes must be made in the Product Portal. |
| Scheduling |
Create, edit, or delete assessment schedules. Filter scheduled assessments by Type (Diagnostic or Screener) or Status (Upcoming, In Progress, Closed). Click the three dots (kebab menu) to take action on an assessment. |
| Formatives |
Build and assign standards-based formative assessments. Track completion and mastery. |
| Reports |
Access Diagnostic, Formative, and Screener reports. |
| Resource Center |
Find announcements, links to the Help Center and Customer Learning Library, and contact information for Product Support. Tip Access the Help Center through the Resource Center to view all available articles for licensed products. |

The options you see in the dashboard depend on your organization's product licensing.
Leveled views: district, school, class, and student
When you select District in the left navigation panel, a ribbon appears along the top of the main workspace area. As you navigate from the district level down to a specific school, class, or student, the main workspace ribbon updates to show relevant tabs and data for your selection. Use the tabs below to see what information is available at each level.

The ribbon at the school level is nearly identical to the district level, but all data is filtered for the selected school.

Top dashboard features
The following features are always visible in the top right corner, no matter which page or level you're viewing:

| Site code | Click View Site Code in the upper right to display and copy your organization’s unique site code. You may need to share this code with students or staff to help them log in. |
