As your students take the Imagine Español Benchmark assessments, you can view their testing completion status—Completed, Not Started, Expired, In Progress, or Not Eligible—from the educator portal.
Teachers can check the status for students in their assigned groups, School Administrators can check all groups in their school, and District Administrators can view the entire district (on a school-by-school basis).
To view students' Benchmark completion status:
- Log in to Imagine Español.
- If applicable, select a group or school from the bottom of your dashboard.
- In the drop-down menu to the right of the name of the organization or group, select Growth.

If necessary, adjust the filters so that you are running the report for a school or a group/class, and select 1 or more applicable test windows from the filter.

In the top right corner, view the percentage of students in each status—Completed, Not Started, Expired, In Progress, and Not Eligible—for the most recent testing period.
- Expired means the student last worked on the assessment more than 28 days ago. The data is considered out-of-date and a score will not be recorded or display for that student in that testing window.
- Not Eligible indicates that the student's rostered grade level is outside the range of the test. Only students in Grades K–5 take the Imagine Español Benchmark.

To see the name of each student and their status, click the download icon, then select Download student statuses.

This button is unavailable at the district and student levels of the report.

Sort by the Status column to group students by completion status

You can also download students' scores by clicking the download icon and then selecting Download full report.
