The Cumulative Performance Report helps District and School Administrators export year-to-date learning path data and monitor usage, progress, and Imagine+ Diagnostic scores across schools or groups of students. You can also download the data as a .csv or .xlsx file for use in a student information system (SIS) or learning management system (LMS).
The report is available at the district and school levels. You can use premade Report Bookmarks or create Custom Bookmarks to save your report preferences.
Caution
The Export button in the top right exports the Default View data, not your filtered data.
To open the Cumulative Performance Report:
- Log in to the Product Portal.
- Do one of the following:
- From the Product Portal, click MyPath K-12 in the Cumulative Performance Reports section on the right side of the dashboard.
- From within Imagine MyPath or Imagine+ Math, select Reports in the left navigation panel, then click the Cumulative Performance Report tile.
- From the Product Portal, click MyPath K-12 in the Cumulative Performance Reports section on the right side of the dashboard.
Know the results table
The results table is the main part of the report. It shows the data that matches your current bookmark, drop-down menu, and filter selections.
When you first open the report, the table uses the Default View bookmark. The top-right Export button also exports the Default View data.
Adjust the data results
Use the controls above and beside the table to change which data appears in the report. The results update automatically each time you change a bookmark, drop-down menu, or filter.
Use bookmarks
Report Bookmarks are saved combinations of drop-down menu and filter selections. Use a premade bookmark to switch to a common report view, or create a custom bookmark to save your own setup.
To return to the starting setup, select Default View under Report Bookmarks or click Reset in the top right.
Use drop-down menus
The drop-down menus above the table control which students are included and what data appears in the results table.
Top row
Use the top row of drop-down menus to choose which students and learning paths are included in the report data set.
Select Row Values
Use Select Row Values to choose the columns on the left side of the results table and to control how the data is grouped or summarized.
Select Metrics
Use Select Metrics to choose which numeric columns appear on the right side of the results table.
To clear one selection from a drop-down menu, hover over the top right corner of that menu and click the eraser icon.
Use filters
Use the side filters to narrow the report more precisely than the drop-down menus allow. The filter pane is collapsed by default.
To use filters:
- Click the Filters pane on the right to reveal the filter options.
- Click a filter name to expand it and make selections.
Filters are cumulative, so the results table shows only students who meet all selected filter conditions.
Important things to know
- You can save your current drop-down menu and filter selections as a Custom Bookmark.
- The value -1 appears instead of N/A when a calculation would require division by 0.
- For this report, treat -1 as a numeric representation of N/A in those columns.
- This report can still show data from the previous school year after your site has been reset for the current school year.
