After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to retire Imagine Galileo Birth–PreK and Imagine Galileo K–12 effective September 1, 2026. There will be no exceptions or extensions to this date, all student data and assessment history will be inaccessible, and the Help Center documentation for this product will also be removed.

As technology and educational standards evolve, it has become increasingly challenging to maintain and update the Imagine Galileo platform. To ensure we provide our partners with the most effective and modern assessment tools, we are focusing our resources on solutions that can better support today's educational needs, including advanced item types, enhanced security, and deeper learning analytics.
No. The integration of Imagine Galileo K–12 with Imagine Language & Literacy for placement will also be discontinued on September 1, 2026. Customers who were using this integration will need to select another assessment option for placement into Imagine Language & Literacy.
After September 1, 2026, Imagine Learning will begin to anonymize all data in Galileo Birth–PreK and Galileo K–12. The anonymized data will then be archived. Imagine Learning may continue to use the archived anonymized data for research purposes but will not re-identify any data subjects.
You can request that your data be deleted from Imagine Learning systems by sending an email to support@imaginelearning.com. Imagine Learning may retain some information in backup or archive records and delete data in accordance with retention policies. We may also retain certain data relevant to preventing fraud, future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable or anonymized data, account recovery, or if required by law. All retained data will continue to be subject to our Privacy Policy.
Administrators can use the Custom Test Report to export assessment data from Galileo K–12. The Custom Test Report can be used to export assessment data from the current year or from prior years by simply changing the year in the Form School Year drop-down menu.
Imagine Learning is not able to provide additional data exports from Galileo to meet additional specific district or school needs.
For educator-created assessments composed of multiple-choice items, you may print a test booklet and answer key using the Print Test Materials feature in Galileo K–12.
Imagine Learning is not able to provide bulk exports of educator-created assessments or educator-created items. Galileo items are also not formatted to support integration with other assessment systems.
