Overview of the Cumulative Performance Report (CPR) in Imagine MyPath and Imagine+ Math

The Cumulative Performance Report helps District and School Administrators export year-to-date learning path data and monitor usage, progress, and Imagine+ Diagnostic scores across schools or groups of students. 

The report is available at the district and school levels, and you can also download the data as a .csv or .xlsx file for use in a student information system (SIS) or learning management system (LMS).

To open the Cumulative Performance Report:

  1. Log in to the Product Portal.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the Product Portal, click MyPath K-12 in the Cumulative Performance Reports section on the right side of the dashboard.

    • From within Imagine MyPath or Imagine+ Math, select Reports in the left navigation panel, then click the Cumulative Performance Report tile.

  3. The report opens with the Default View. This view shows detailed student-level data in the results table.

Use the report controls

Use the controls above and beside the table to change which data appears in the report. The results update automatically each time you change a bookmark, drop-down menu, or filter.

# Control Description
1 Bookmarks Select a premade or custom bookmark to load preset report views.
2 Drop-down menus Choose which students to include in the report and which data to display in the table.
3 Filters Open the side panel to narrow the results with advanced filter options.
4 Reset Clear your current bookmark, drop-down menu, and filter selections to return to the Default View.

Important things to know

  • The value -1 appears instead of N/A when a calculation would require division by 0. In those columns, treat -1 as a numeric representation of N/A.
  • This report can still show data from the previous school year after your site has been reset for the current school year.

Export data from the report

You can export data from the report in two ways. Use the More options menu in the results table to export the data in your current layout, or use the Export button in the top right to export the default report data.

 Caution

The Export button in the top right exports Default View data. It does not use your current bookmark, drop-down menu, or filter selections.

Select an option below to see step-by-step exporting instructions.

Click here to export filtered data

Use this option when you want the export to match the data you are currently viewing in the results table.

To export filtered data:

  1. Set the bookmark, drop-down menus, and filters you want to use.
  2. Hover over the top-right corner of the results table to show the More options menu, then click the three dots.

  3. Click Export data.

  4. Confirm that Data with current layout is selected, then click Export.

 Tip

To export all available data, select every option in the Select Row Values and Select Metrics menus, then use the filtered export steps in this section.

Click here to export default report data

Use this option when you want to download the report's Default View data as a .csv or .xlsx file. This export does not use your current selections.

To export default report data:

  1. Click Export in the top right corner of the report.
