Understanding the Usage report table

The Usage report table at the school level gives a quick, comparative view of usage and engagement for every class. Each row lists key metrics at the class level and, if both pathways are assigned, provides separate rows for Mastery Path and Builder Path, plus an "All" row for combined data. Refer to the table below for descriptions of the information provided in each column of the data table.

Column Description
Class Name The name of the class. Click it to access the class-level Usage report.
Teacher The educator(s) assigned to the class.
Grade The rostered grade level(s) of students in the class. Displays "multiple" if students from more than one grade are present.
Subject The subject being reported.
Path Type Indicates which learning pathway(s) are included: Mastery Path, Builder Path, or All for combined data. Badges visually distinguish each type.
# Of Students The number of students assigned to each pathway in the class.
AVG Active Time The average total time each student was active in Imagine+ Math during the selected reporting period.
AVG Lessons Completed The average number of lessons completed per student in the class for the selected time period.

 Tip

When both pathways have been assigned to students in a class, click Collapse All above the table to hide pathway-specific details for every class. Collapsing the rows makes it easier to review school-wide total usage, while expanding provides a full view of pathway activity in each class. Click Expand All to return to the expanded view for all classes.

Best practices

  • Check the school-level Usage report weekly to spot trends in active time and lessons completed across all classes. This helps you identify usage gaps and recognize successes promptly.
  • Encourage recommended active time: 45 minutes per week for grades K–2, and 60 minutes per week for grades 3 and above.
  • Use filters to focus on target groups—such as specific grade levels or classes with low engagement—for timely coaching and support.
  • Export usage data regularly for tracking progress toward site-wide goals, accountability reporting, and school improvement planning.
