Managing student access to assessments in Imagine MyPath

 Important update

Starting with the 2025–26 school year, MyPath Assessment is transitioning to Imagine+ Assessment and will become the Imagine+ Diagnostic. MyPath customers from the 2024–25 school year who used the MyPath Assessment will receive complimentary access to Imagine+ Assessment. The student experience within assessments will remain the same, and placement into MyPath learning paths will continue to function as before.

Learn more about this transition or explore the Imagine+ Assessment Help Center.

 Important

This article provides instructions for managing the legacy MyPath Assessment. Most customers have transitioned to the Imagine+ Diagnostic, which uses a different process for managing student access.

If your school will be administering the MyPath Assessment to your students, an Imagine Learning employee must first turn the assessment on under your organization's Assessment Settings. This will turn the assessment on for all students in your organization, but Teachers and Administrators can manage access to the assessment at the student level. Use this article to learn how to turn the MyPath Assessment on or off for individual students.

To enable or disable a MyPath assessment:

Log in to the Imagine MyPath suite.
