Viewing the Usage report for a district in Imagine MyPath

The district-level Usage report in Imagine MyPath enables District Administrators to monitor student activity and progress across all schools in the district. This report summarizes average time spent and lessons completed within any date range, so district leaders can track implementation, celebrate success, and identify engagement trends.

To access the district-level Usage report:

  1. Log in to the Imagine MyPath suite.
  2. Click Reports in the left navigation panel and then select the Usage Report tile.

  3. The report opens and displays usage data for all schools in your district.

Using drop-down menus and search bar

The drop-down menus and search bar at the top of the report help you tailor the data that appears on the page.

  • Use the Subject drop-down menu to toggle between areas like Math, Reading, or Purpose. Available options depend on your district's product licensing. Only one subject can be selected at a time.
  • Use the Dates drop-down to specify the timeframe to display: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days (default), Last 28 Days, Last 90 Days, or a Custom range of dates.
  • Use the School Name search bar to locate a specific school quickly.

Understanding the Usage report table

The district-level Usage report lists all schools in the district, displaying summary metrics for each site. Use the table below to understand each data point:

Metric Description
# of Students Total students at the school with learning path assignments in the selected subject.
AVG Student Time Average time students spent in their learning paths during the specified timeframe (hh:mm). Includes students with zero activity.
AVG Lesson Completed Average lessons completed by students in the selected subject and timeframe. This includes completed lessons regardless of passing status and also accounts for students with no completions.

Best practices

  • Monitor usage weekly to track consistent engagement; 30 minutes per week is a strong benchmark for students on/above grade level, while 60–90 minutes supports students below grade level.
  • Look for trends in active time, lesson completion, and identify schools needing more support with their MyPath implementation.
