Viewing administrator settings in Imagine MyPath

District and School Administrators can view key information on the Settings screen, including the Institution ID, External Institution ID, Site Code, and Time Zone. These fields are set by Imagine Learning during provisioning and cannot be edited by district staff.

To access the Settings page, click Settings in the left navigation panel (or upper navigation menu, depending on your user type).

The page opens and displays the information described in the table below.

Name Description
Institution ID This is the unique identifier for your school or district used by Imagine Learning.
External Institution ID This field can be edited by Imagine Learning staff (WNE Administrators) to match your Student Information System (SIS) class ID. This field is only used if your organization has a rostering and/or single sign-on (SSO) integration.
Site Code The site code is required for student logins alongside their username and password. Click the Copy icon icon to copy the site code and share it with your students.
Time Zone The time zone is displayed for your reference.
