Accessing the Resource Center in Imagine+ Assessment

The Resource Center in Imagine+ Assessment brings support, updates, and help articles right into your workspace. Teachers and Administrators can open the Resource Center on any page to view product updates, access the Help Center, explore the Customer Learning Library, or get support from Imagine Learning.

How to access the Resource Center

  1. Log in to the Product Portal and click the Imagine+ Assessment tile.

  2. Click the question mark in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the Resource Center.

     Note

    If you see a number in a red circle, it shows how many updates you haven’t viewed yet. The alert will disappear after you review the new information.

  3. The Resource Center menu opens as shown below. Click any section to learn more.

    The sections you see may change based on product updates or your user role. The table below describes each section you may find in the Resource Center.

    The latest news, announcements, new functionality, and assessment updates for Imagine+ Assessment.

    This section appears only when new information is available; it may not always be visible. Once an announcement expires, the What's New section is hidden until new updates are published.

    Product Highlights

    Tips, overview videos, and product tours to help you explore Imagine+ Assessment and use assessment data efficiently.

    This section appears when new features or best practices are being shared.

    Educator Onboarding

    Guided walk-throughs that show you the most essential information for different parts of the assessment cycle. Click the name of a guide to start. A green checkmark appears as you complete each module.

    You can revisit walk-throughs at any time. This section may appear or disappear during the year based on your role and season.

    Access Help Center articles for Imagine+ Assessment, including program details and Next Steps Resources for Imagine+ Screener.

     Tip

    Some articles are locked. To access everything, log in to Imagine+ Assessment and open the Help Center through the Resource Center.
