To use Imagine+ Assessment successfully, your network bandwidth and device hardware must meet the minimum requirements below. Configure your network to allow the specified URLs through your firewall on the designated ports.

- Memory: 4 GB RAM (minimum)
- Resolution: 1024 x 768 (minimum)
- Audio: OS-supported sound card; microphone, speakers, or headset
Network
- General: 5 Mbps download/upload per device (minimum)
- Imagine+ Screener: 12-15 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload speed per device recommended
Technical Recommendations for Improved Performance
- Enable browser caching
- 1 GB of available disk space for browser caching
Note
Imagine+ Screener: Touch screens are recommended. Wired headphones with a microphone are highly recommended for oral-response subtests. Bluetooth® headsets are not recommended due to latency issues. Opening the app on multiple tabs is not supported.

Enable microphone access via AA icon → Website Settings → Microphone → Allow
Network Ports
- Required: Port 80 (HTTP), Port 443 (HTTPS)
Device-Specific Best Practices
iPad
- Disable Siri® via Settings Siri & Search → Toggle off Listen for
- Allow permanent microphone access in Safari/Chrome
Chromebook
- Click status bar → Audio settings → Select headset and unmute
Mac/Windows
- Set input volume to 70-100% in system settings
