Accessing the Resource Center in MyPath

The Resource Center provides various educator resources for product support.

Educator resources:

  • Announcements of New Features
  • Key features walkthrough guide
  • Speak with a Support Member via Live Chat
  • View articles in the Help Center
  • Connect with other educators in the Teacher's Lounge

To access the Resource Center from any page of the program, log in to the Imagine MyPath suite and click the Resource Center button ( question mark upd.png ) on the bottom left of the screen.

Resource Description

What's New

Discover recent announcements including new product features with walkthrough guides on product performance. Not shown in the screenshot.

Teacher Onboarding

Educators who are new to the program can receive onboarding support.

Help Center

Access articles in the Help Center for program information and additional program assistance. 

Teacher's Lounge

The Teacher's' Lounge enables Imagine Learning educators to connect virtually with peers, allowing inspired motivation, celebrating success, and obtaining perspective on educator topics.

Product Support

Request assistance from Imagine Learning Product Support.  

Educators can start a Live Chat to quickly receive support from a Product Support Member. A red icon signifies new chat responses.

Support hours:
Mon-Fri: 7:30 am - 9:30 pm (EST)
Sat-Sun: 9 am - 5 pm (EST)

If live support is unavailable, you can leave a message by filling out the form. By default, the user's name and email address are auto-populated (an alternate email can be entered). While the Name field is optional, an email address is necessary to receive a response when an educator leaves a message.
