Teachers and Administrators can preview lessons in Assignment Builder before adding them to an assignment.
To preview a lesson:
- Log in to the Product Portal and select your product.
- Click Assignment Builder in the left navigation. If you have access to more than one school, select a school.
- Select a Subject and Student Grade.
- Click Search.

Use Filters or the search field to narrow the results.

Shows lessons for Math, Reading, or Purpose, based on your organization’s licenses.
- Enrolled Grade
Shows lessons for the rostered grade of the students you plan to assign.
- Lesson Skill Level
Shows lessons below, on, or above students’ enrolled grade.
- Appropriate For
Shows lessons designed for a selected age group or grade band.
- Lesson Type
Shows Instruction lessons with video-based instruction and guided practice, or Practice lessons for independent skill practice.
- Review the lesson details shown on the search results page, including the lesson grade level, grade band, skill level, standards, and lesson type.
- Click a lesson name to open the lesson details.
- Review the lesson overview, domain, standards, and available resources. Click a resource name to preview it, or click the download icon to save it to your device. Available resources may include worksheets and Guided Notes.
- Scroll down to preview the lesson from a student’s view. Use the activity menu to move between activities and the controls at the bottom of the page to move between screens.
