Administrators at the district and school levels have the ability to modify an educator's external ID, which may be generated through imported files or entered manually.
To edit an educator's external ID:
- Select Users.
- Click Educators.
- Choose Schools.
- Select a school.
- Click Educators.
Continue with the following:
- Click the educator's name.
The educator's External ID will appear in the External ID column. If no External ID is assigned to an educator, the column will display a dash (-).
- Select Edit for Educator Details.
- Enter the External ID.
- Click Save.
