Administrators at the district and school levels have the ability to modify an educator's external ID. The external ID may be generated through imported files or entered manually.
To edit an educator's external ID:
Log in to the Imagine MyPath suite.
- Select Users on the left navigation.
- Click Educators in the upper navigation.
- Choose Schools on the left navigation, then select a school.
- Click Educators in the upper navigation.
Continue with the following:
- Click the educator's name.
The educator's External ID will appear in the External ID column. If an External ID is not assigned to an educator, the column will display a dash (-).
- Select Edit next to Educator Details.
- Enter the External ID, then click Save.
