Administrators at the district and school levels have the ability to modify an educator's external ID, which may be generated through imported files or entered manually.
To edit an educator's external ID:
- Select Users on the left navigation bar.
- Click Educators on the upper navigation bar.
- Choose Schools on the left navigation bar.
- Select a school.
- Click Educators on the upper navigation bar.
Continue with the following:
- Click the educator's name.
The educator's External ID will appear in the External ID column. If an External ID is not assigned to an educator, the column will display a dash (-).
- Select Edit next to Educator Details.
- Enter the External ID, then click Save.
