Administrators can reactivate an educator's account. However, you must be a District Administrator to reactive a School Administrator account.
To reactivate an educator account
- Select Users on the left navigation bar.
- Click Educators on the upper navigation bar.
- Select Schools on the left navigation bar.
- Select a school.
- Click Educators on the upper navigation bar.
Continue with the following:
- Click Filters in the top left of the screen.
- Choose the Inactive status.
- Click more options (
) next to the educator you want to reactivate and select Activate.
- Choose Yes on the confirmation.
