Administrators can use this page to archive (deactivate) an educator's account. To deactivate a School Administrator, you must be a District Administrator.
To deactivate an educator account
- Select Users.
- Click Educators.
- Filter or enter the name, username, or external ID of the educator. If searching, click Enter on the keyboard or the search icon

You can search with as little as one letter or number. The more you provide, the smaller the search results will be.

Continue on with the following steps:
- Under the options icon
, click Deactivate.
- To confirm, click Yes.
