Recommendation
Research indicates that Schoology iFrames are not responsive and using them will likely lead to a poor user experience.
- Forgot Educator Password – Educator passwords can be reset from the login page. Click the Forgot Your Password link at the bottom of the login form. Then, follow the instructions to have a password reset link emailed to the address associated with your account.

If students or educators encounter issues with the software, they should attempt the steps below to resolve the issue.

Ensure the browser is up to date
Chrome- Click on the three dots in the top right
- Hover over the "Help" option near the bottom
- Click "About Google Chrome"
- This will bring you to a page stating the version, as well as prompting an update if needed
Safari
- Go to Settings
- Select General, then Software Update
- This will bring you to a page stating the version, as well as prompting an update if needed

Clear the cache on the browser
Chrome- For Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right
- Hover over the "More Tools" section
- Click "Clear browsing data" in the expanded menu
- Ensure the "Time Range" is set for all time, and all options are selected
- Click "Clear data"
- Close all browser windows and tabs
Safari
- For Safari, on an iPad, open the browser Menu
- Select the Settings App
- Select Safari
- Clear History and Website Data
