Resetting a student's password

Teachers have the ability to reset a student's password. Administrators can change a student’s school. Passwords must consist of 4 to 256 characters, without spaces. Students can conveniently log into their accounts using a unique code associated with their respective sites. Usernames cannot contain spaces. 

To reset a student's password:

Log in to the Imagine MyPath suite.

Teachers School Admins (One School) District/School Admins (2+ Schools)

Click Students on the left navigation.

Continue with the following:

  1. Select the student's name.

    If necessary, use the search box to find a student. Then click the search icon (searchicon.png) or press Enter on the keyboard.

     Note

    Search with as little as one letter or number. The more details provided, the smaller the search results.

  2. Click Edit next to Student Profile

  3. Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields, then click Save.  

     Note

    Student passwords must consist of 4 to 256 characters, without spaces.
