Educator passwords can only be reset by an Educator. Passwords must consist of 8 - 256 characters, without spaces.
To reset an educator's password
- Access the login page, and select Reset Your Password.
- Enter the email associated with the user.
- Follow the instructions sent to the email address that you provided.
