Using the Pathblazer Progress Monitoring report

DETAILS TAB

Option Image Description
Report Name Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_reportname.png Designate how the name of the report will appear when finished.
Repeated Activities (​Use average score, Use highest score, Drop lowest score, Use most recent score) Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_repeatedactivities.png Specify how to include scores for activities that students repeated

LEARNING PATH TAB

Option Image Description
Subject Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_subject.png >Specify the subject of the Learning Path being searched.
Grade Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_grade.png Specify the grade level of the Learning Path being searched. 
Availability Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_availability.png Specify the availability that the Learning Path was created with.

STUDENTS TAB

Option Image Description
Search Options (District, Schools, Groups, Student Search) Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_searchopt.png Used on the "Students" tab to help educators locate students to add to the report. If Classes or Groups have been created previously, educators may utilize them here to avoid searching and adding students to the report individually.

SCHEDULE & SEND TAB

Option Image Description
Status

Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_status.png

Indicate if the report will be emailed to any recipients.
Start Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_start.png This option only becomes active if Status is set to "On". Choose when the report will first be emailed.
Stop Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_stop.png This date defaults to the start date and if not changed, the report will never be sent routinely. 
Run Report Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_runreport.png This option only becomes active if Status is set to "On". Determines the frequency for how often the report is generated and emailed.

RUN TAB

Option Image Description
Run Now Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_runnow_.png A new window will pop-up and the report will generate. This may take several minutes as report processing time varies based on size and connection speed.
Run Offline Pathblazer_Progress_Monitoring_Report_Overview_runoffline.png This option processes the report in the background, allowing users to freely navigate in the system during this time. The report will be added to the Reporting Queue when completed.

Administrator accounts only have the Run Offline option.
