The Resource Center's Customer Care helps you easily contact customer care if you experience issues while using Imagine Reading or any Imagine Learning product. You can live chat, call, email, or submit a help ticket to receive help from Imagine Learning Customer Care.
To access Customer Care
- Log in to the Literacy Suite. If this is your first time logging in, choose Imagine Reading.
- Click the question mark ( ) in the bottom left corner of the screen, then choose Customer Care.
- Click Add to enter details and submit a ticket to support.
