The Resource Center's Customer Care helps you easily contact customer care if you experience issues while using Imagine Lectura or any Imagine Learning product. You can live chat, call, email, or submit a help ticket to receive help from Imagine Learning Customer Care.
To access Customer Care
- Log in to the Literacy Suite. If this is your first time logging in, choose Imagine Lectura.
- Click the question mark ( ) in the bottom left corner of the screen, then choose Customer Care.
- Click the corresponding card to live chat, call, or email Imagine Learning Customer Care.
- To send a help ticket to support, fill out the form, attach any available screenshots or documents, and click Submit.
