Interpreting the My Playlist report

Administrators and Teachers can view the My Playlist report for any students that they are assigned to. The My Playlist report shows student progress for each playlist that you have assigned to your students. You can view progress information for individual students or activities, or average scores for all students assigned to the playlist. The My Playlist report is updated immediately.

The My Playlist report has 3 sections that show student progress: Students, Activities, and Previously Assigned Students.

Students section

The Students section shows how each student assigned to the playlist is performing in the activities.

Field Description
Average Score

Average Score shows individual students' average scores for the activities that they have completed in the playlist. Scores are color-coded so that you can easily scan them to quickly evaluate how your students are performing. Click a student's name to view their individual progress.

grayScore.png No score in grey indicates that an activity is in progress or that a student has not yet started an activity in the playlist.
redScore.png A Developing score in red indicates that a student's average score on the activities in the playlist is between 0-59%.
yellowScore.png An approaching score in orange indicates that a student's average score on the activities in the playlist is between 60-69%.
greenscore.png A Proficient score in green indicates that a student's average score on the activities in the playlist is between 70-100%
greenCheckScore.png A checkmark in green indicates when a student completes a non-scored activity. Non-scored activities do not impact a student's average score.
Activities Completed Activities Completed compares the number of activities that a student has completed to the number of assigned activities in the playlist.
Time Spent in Playlist Time Spent in Playlist shows the amount of time a student has spent working in this playlist.
Date Assigned

Date Assigned shows the date that a student was assigned to the playlist.

Activities section

The Activities section lists the individual activities in the playlist and the average student scores for each activity. The Average Score for each activity only includes those students who have completed the activity. Beneath each Average Score, it shows the number of students who have completed the activity compared to the number of students who are assigned to the playlist.

You can hover over the Average Score to see how each student assigned to the playlist scored on this activity. You can also expand each activity to show the activity type (Instruction, Practice, Assessment, or Review), learning objective, and gameplay description for the activity, or you can play the activity from the report.

You can't edit a playlist if the playlist has students assigned to it. The Locked icon (lockLL.png) appears next to any playlist that you can't edit.

Previously Assigned Students section

The Previously Assigned Students section shows the students who were initially assigned to the playlist and started working in it, but were later unassigned from the playlist on a specific date.
