If you are an Administrator, you can customize the school year start and end dates settings for each of your organizations (or district) or individual schools. You can also import roster data and export report data for your organization(s) as a CSV-formatted export file.
- Log in to the Literacy Suite. If this is your first time logging in, choose Imagine Español.
- On the Dashboard, search for the district of school that you want to edit.
- Click the Quick Edit button in the upper right-hand corner and choose School Year.
When you edit a district or school's start and end date, the session time for any Imagine Learning Literacy product that the student is enrolled in updates. For example, if a district is using both Imagine Language & Literacy and Imagine Español, changing the start and end date in one product changes it for both products.
- Enter custom school year Start and End dates, or choose to inherit the school year Start and End dates from the organization (or district).
The School Year start and end dates determine the data that will display in your reports. It may take Imagine Español up to 24 hours to populate your reports with the correct data when you update the school year.
- Click Close.
