Why am I getting the Invalid Library ID error message?

At times, when trying to access Test Monitoring via the Launchpad tile or the reports drop-down menu, an Invalid ID error will be thrown.

Note: This occurs when Galileo tries to open the last test that was accessed via test-monitoring and finds that the user no longer has permissions to the test library.


How to Get Past the Error Message

1. Open up the Dashboard in the top right.


2. Toggle to the Reports tab in the top right


3. Find a test in the Recent Events and select Test MonitoringScreenshot_37.png
