1. Click on the tab labeled Assessment
2. Hover over View Information and select History
3. If you are an Agency- or Center-level user, use the down arrows on the Center drop-down menu to select the center.
4. Select the Class, Child, and Scale you wish to include in your report by using the drop-down menus.
5. If you wish to delete an erroneous observation, click on the trashcan next to the observation you wish to delete.
6. To generate the report for multiple scales and/or for a date range, click the Assessment History Report link.
7. Click the Run Report button.
