Windows 10 isn't officially supported with Scanline, due to the software provider's configurations, but we can usually still make it work. If the scanner doesn't seem to be responding to commands from the computer (such as clicking the Scan button) we can try the following:
1. Verify that the computer in question has the full driver/software package for their given scanner. This can be downloaded/installed from the Scanner's manufacturer's website.
2. Go to the Setup tab in the program, click on the Advanced Options link, and change the TWAIN version from 2 to 1.
Usually doing both of these fixes issues with using Windows 10, but if it doesn't, the user will need to revert to a supported scanner/operating system. More information on supported devices/operating systems can be found here: http://www.ati-online.com/galileoK12/K12TrainingSystem.php.
