In addition to entering a username, password, and Site Code to log in to the Literacy Suite, you can also use a QR code to make logging in even easier for students. The QR code includes the student's unique username, password, and Site Code embedded within it. Students simply scan the QR code using their device's camera to log in.
Administrators and Teachers can print student login cards with their students' unique username, password, Site Code, and QR code on it for their groups or individual students. (For instructions on how to print student login cards, see Printing student login cards.)
Note
Administrators and Teachers must enable camera permissions on their devices before students can use their QR code to log in.
To log in using a QR code
- Go to the Literacy login page.
- Click Scan QR Code to open the webcam on your device.
- Hold the QR code on your login card in front of the webcam to be scanned.
